Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times for standard orders are :
  Most orders are shipped within 1-2 Business days  of receipt of the order. Orders placed on Fridays and over the week-end will be shipped out the following week.
• We reserve the right to choose the shipping method to ensure delivery to your doorstep. We usually ship by reputed International Carriers (eg. UPS, Asendia or others) .
• Please note that if your package is returned by the Shipper as ‘Undeliverable’, you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges, unless the mistake in shipping is due to oversight by Shastha Foods
• Shastha Foods reserves the right to restrict an ‘Upper’ buyng limit on any items, especially if the items are priced to promote sales.
• Out of Stock or Back Ordered items:
  It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or Out-of-Stock. In such cases, it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via email or call. If you do not want substitutes, kindly send an email to advise us.
