HOW TO USE / COOKING : Ratio Use 4 heaped tbsp of the powder for 1 small lemon sized tamarind. Add tamarind extract ,4 heaped tbsp of powder, Choice of cooked veggies and boil. once done ,add 1 cup cooked pigeon peas and mix. Add a pinch of jaggery .Adjust consistency to your personal preference .Temper with coconut oil ,mustard seeds, fenugreek, red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida. Serve hot !
