HOW TO USE / COOKING: To use - To a vessel, add the prewashed rice/dal mix and 6 times water. Boil gently until cooked.Once cooked, add the jaggery pack fully. Mix until melted, add 3-4 tbsp ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and garnish. Serve hot! This also works in a pressure cooker, with 4 times water. Consistency comes out better in open pot.
